So what can I say? We started off by playing the wrong board at the first table. After this somewhat shaky start, Bram and I wobbled along and managed to recover. Sorry Bram, I was sitting North, so it was my responsibility to check the board. Bill, you’re forgiven!
A great evening, however, for Heather and Judy for a convincing win, by almost 7%! Followed by Anne and Diana in second and Bill and Jan in third.
And that’s all for now, folks. I’ll see you tomorrow as usual.
The battle continues.
Let’s play some really good bridge the rest of this year, all you bridge lovers. What I love about bridge is the mental exercise I subject myself to every day, sometimes even when I’m sleeping. Am I alone in saying this? It’s a drug, a very healthy drug, that we partake of willingly, embracing the high that it gives us, without chemicals, with no aftereffects.
Love from Roy and Troy
